Grandma's Potted Meatballs

Ingredients
Meatballs

ground beef

garlic cloves
minced

cup
grated parmesan cheese
½
cup
bread crumbs

egg
1 ½
tsp.
kosher salt
splash of milk
Sauce
1
onion
chopped
4
garlic cloves
smashed
1
T.
butter
olive oil
8
ounces
tomato sauce
1 ½
cups
chicken broth
salt to taste.
Instructions
Roll meatball ingredients and shape into meatballs. Mine were approx 2 ounces and I got 10.
Heat oil in a pot.
Fry onions and then add garlic.
Add tomato sauce and broth.
Drop in raw meatballs and simmer on low until cooked through 35-45 mins.
