Pat tenders dry (key for browning!)
Season with blackened seasoning.
Heat oil in pan on medium-high.
Sear 3–4 min per side until golden.

Lower heat to medium, add butter + onion-saute Then add garlic → cook 30 seconds (don’t burn!) Add broth → scrape pan (FLAVOR 😍)
Stir in cream + parmesan
Bring it together and add chicken back in.
Simmer 3–5 minutes until cooked through.
Serve with pasta!
