This was an amazing and simple dinner we all really loved! Made it twice in the past week! Love, love, love this!!!!

Pan Fried Chicken in Cream Sauce
Ingredients
Blackened Seasoning: This makes extra for another night!
- 2 T. smoked paprika
- sprinkle of cayenne pepper
- 1 T. onion powder
- 2 tsp. brown sugar
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- ½ tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
Chicken
- 1.5 lbs chicken tenders trimmed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- ½ cup chicken broth
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ¼ cup grated parmesan
Instructions
- Pat tenders dry (key for browning!)
- Season with blackened seasoning.
- Heat oil in pan on medium-high.
- Sear 3–4 min per side until golden.
- 👉 Remove and set aside
- Sauce
- Lower heat to medium, add butter + garlic → cook 30 seconds (don’t burn!)
- Add broth → scrape pan (FLAVOR 😍)
- Stir in cream + parmesan
- Bring it together and add chicken back in.
- Simmer 3–5 minutes until cooked through.
