Boil ramen noodles and reserve ½ cup of the cooking water.
In a bowl, whisk together the yolks, gochujang, mayo, tamari, sesame oil and salt.
Slowly add the hot reserved noodle water into the bowl while whisking to create a glossy, creamy sauce.
Add in the hot noodles and stir.
Top with scallions, sesame seeds and egg halves.
