Ramen Noodle Bowl
Ingredients
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 tsp. gochujang
- 1 T. Kewpie mayo
- 2 tsp. tamari
- 1 tsp. dark sesame oil
- toasted sesame seeds
- soft or hard-boiled eggs
- 1 pack ramen noodles discard seasoning packet
- ½ cup reserved noodle cooking water
- scallions chopped
Instructions
- Boil ramen noodles and reserve ½ cup of the cooking water.
- In a bowl, whisk together the yolks, gochujang, mayo, tamari, sesame oil and salt.
- Slowly add the hot reserved noodle water into the bowl while whisking to create a glossy, creamy sauce.
- Add in the hot noodles and stir.
- Top with scallions, sesame seeds and egg halves.
