Preheat the oven to 450° F.
On a baking sheet, toss the shrimp with olive oil, chipotle seasoning, salt and pepper.
Lay in a single layer. Scatter the prosciutto on pan.
Roast 6-8 minutes or until the shrimp is cooked.
During the last minute, remove pan and add butter and garlic.
Move rack up to broil position and turn on broiler.
Broil just till charred-keep a close eye!!!
Remove and add lime/lemon slices and avocado slices.
Squeeze fresh lime over shrimp.
