Sheet Pan Chipotle Prosciutto Shrimp
This was fabulous and would also be great served in tacos or over rice! Made on one sheet pan it was super easy and very delicious!
You may need:
Large rimmed sheet pan
Sheet Pan Chipotle Prosciutto Shrimp
Ingredients
- 1 ½ pounds jumbo shrimp peeled and deveined
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 T. chipotle seasoning
- kosher salt and black pepper
- 3 tablespoons salted butter
- 3 ounces prosciutto slices cut into strips
- 4 cloves garlic chopped
- 1 lemon and 1 lime sliced
- ½ lime to drizzle over cooked shrimp
- 1 avocado sliced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450° F.
- On a baking sheet, toss the shrimp with olive oil, chipotle seasoning, salt and pepper.
- Lay in a single layer. Scatter the prosciutto on pan.
- Roast 6-8 minutes or until the shrimp is cooked.
- During the last minute, remove pan and add butter and garlic.
- Move rack up to broil position and turn on broiler.
- Broil just till charred-keep a close eye!!!
- Remove and add lime/lemon slices and avocado slices.
- Squeeze fresh lime over shrimp.
