Toasted S'mores Bars

Ingredients
  

  • 7 whole graham crackers broken into pieces
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup packed light brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 8 tablespoons butter cut into ½-inch pieces and chilled
  • 6 1.55-ounce Hershey’s Milk Chocolate Bars, divided
  • 1 cup Fluff
  • 1 ½ cups mini marshmallows

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees and line 8 inch panw ith nonstick foil.
  • Put crackers in food process and grind up.
  • Add flour, sugar, and salt and pulse to combine.
  • Add butter and pulse until mixture looks like wet sand.
  • Press dough into pan and bake 13 mins.
  • Cool completely.
  • Top with 5 chocolate bars-break some up to fit.
  • Top with Fluff (wet fingertips to help spread evenly)
  • Top with marshmallows.
  • Bake 10-15 mins-keep an eye on marshmallows.
  • Cool 4 hours and slice into bars.
