Combine the melted butter with hot sauce.
Pour the sauce over your chicken and stir until you have the amount you want. I probably used just about half. Save the rest to serve on the side.
Prebake crust (brushed with olive oil) at 500 degrees on a stone for about 7-8 mins. (I lay it on a parchment round for the first 2 mins and then remove the parchment. This makes it easier to get it into the oven with a pizza peel.)
Remove and sprinkle on a layer of cheese.
Top with the buffalo chicken.
Add an extra sprinkling of cheese to hold everything together and return to the oven for 9-13 minutes.
Remove and let cool 15-20 mins. before attempting to cut!
Serve with parsley, extra buffalo sauce and blue cheese dressing, if desired.
