My kids are the inventors of this one. They learned how to make it at their Top Chef class in camp! We spiced it up a bit at home with sprinkles because hey, who doesn’t love sprinkles! These mini fruit tarts are really easy to bake. We are talking less than 10 minutes! The tarts take a quick reheat in the oven for 3 minutes, the pudding takes 5 minutes and then you just decorate with some chopped fruit and sprinkles. This is a great dessert for the kids because they can assemble it on their own! And what kid doesn’t like making his/her own dessert! Especially when there are colorful sprinkles involved!
