Ice Cream Brownies
- 1 box brownie mix, 9 x 13-inch size (I like Betty Crocker Fudgy)
- ½ cup canola oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream
- 1½ cups chocolate chips
- ¼ cup hot fudge, room temp-not hot
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Line a 9 x 13-inch pan with nonstick foil.
- Beat just the brownie mix and eggs.
- Add ice cream, chocolate chips and hot fudge.
- Pour in pan and bake 30 mins.
- Cool and serve with more ice cream and hot fudge!
