These will really WOW the kids. Perfect treat for the Fourth of July or any fun time for the kids. Simply make your favorite sugar cookies and decorate with your favorite icing. I like to use royal icing and place it in squeeze bottles for the kids. Way easier than hanging a child a piping bag…and neater too! Trust me! While the icing is wet, sprinkle on your pop rocks and watch the kids smiles pop as well! Have fun making your own version of my pop rock cookies!
