Do you have any idea how scrumptious brownie ice cream sandwiches are? You can use any brownies you’d like-store bought, homemade, or my favorite that you see here…..Fairytale brownies. Have you tried them? Insanely delish! So, to make these you just need brownies, cookie cutter of your choice and of course, ice cream! I actually used a cool sandwich maker from Williams Sonoma to shape these but it’s not necessary! Just cut 2 brownies in the shape you like. Pile ice cream in the middle, rolllllllll in sprinkles and serve to some dessert lovers!!! These cute red, white and blue candies pictured below are sixlets-yum! You can find them at Sweetworks! That’s also where I got the huge gumballs from! Happy 4th of July!
