Chocolate Chip Sprinkle Cookies
Ingredients
- 10 T. soft butter
- ⅔ c. sugar
- ½ c. light brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1½ tsp vanilla
- ¾ tsp kosher salt
- ¾ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 1 C cake flour
- ¾ C bread flour
- 1½ c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ¼ c. rainbow sprinkles
Instructions
- Beat butter and sugar.
- Add egg and vanilla, baking powder, baking soda and flours.
- Fold in sprinkles and chocolate chips.
- Chill a few hours.
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Using a medium cookie scoop, bake on a parchment lined cookie sheet 10-12 mins.
- (*Hint: top balls of dough with more chips and sprinkles before going in the oven.)
