This brownie recipe is crazy good. Fudgy brownies topped with marshmallow glaze and chocolate. Need I say more? I didn’t think so! These Chocolate Marshmallow brownies will forever be a favorite in our house!

You’ll Need:
9×13 pan
nonstick foil
Chocolate Marshmallow Brownies
Ingredients
Brownies
- 2 boxes brownie mix
- ⅔ cup water
- ⅔ c. vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
Icing
- 6 Tablespoons butter
- 5 Tablespoons milk
- 3 Tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 ¾ cup confectioner's sugar sifted (Use 1 box)
- 7 ounces marshmallow creme
Instructions
- Preheat oven 325 and line 9x13 pan with nonstick foil.
- Beat brownie mixes, water, oil and eggs.
- Transfer to pan and bake 45-50 mins.
Icing
- Melt butter in a saucepan.
- Add milk and cocoa.
- Stir until it boils- about 2 minutes.
- Remove heat and add vanilla and confectioner's sugar.
- Keep warm over low heat.
- Once you remove brownies from the oven, immediately spread the marshmallow creme on top. Be careful doing this and let it sit and melt a bit as you go.
- Pour the warm icing over the creme and spread it.
- Cool and cut!

Danielle, I just want to know how you stay so deliciously thin while baking all these heavenly recipes? How can you not eat them. I’d for sure be licking the batter bowls and spatulas as I baked adding calories every step of the way! It’s a good thing, I guess, that I don’t bake much. These brownies look so amazing!!!!!

Danielle, I came across the 2/3 vegetable oil I hope you mean 2/3 cup of vegetable oil? I am going to try your brownies. If I can keep my Husband from eating the batter!

What size box of brownies? The 18 oz. family size?
Also, in step 3 for the icing, you mean it takes about 2 minutes for the mixture to come to a boil, not to boil for 2 minutes, correct?
