This Irish soda bread get a gluten free makeover!
Irish Soda Bread Recipe:
IN MIXER, BEAT:
7 TABLESPOONS SOFT BUTTER
2 1/2C. Cup 4 Cup gluten free FLOUR
1/2C. SUGAR
1/2T. BAKING POWDER
1/2TSP. BAKING SODA
3/4TSP. SALT
OPTIONAL-STIR IN 1/2C. RAISINS
ADD:
1 1/4C. BUTTERMILK
1 EGG
MIX UNTIL IT FORMS A DOUGH. SCRAPE INTO A GREASED 9×5 LOAF PAN. BRUSH WITH 1 T. MELTED BUTTER AND BAKE APPROX 55 MINUTES AT 350 OR UNTIL TOOTHPICK COMES OUT CLEAN. COOL COMPLETELY AND ENJOY!!!
