Even though it is winter, you can still enjoy grilled shrimp. Just grab your grill pan and grill away on the stovetop. You do not need a long and complicated recipe to serve up delicious shrimp. Just heat some olive oil, add the shrimp, and sprinkle on some salt/pepper. You can finish it off with a spritz of fresh lemon juice if you’d like. Serve over a huge salad or with some fresh broccoli! Bon Appetit!
