Just whipped these up and they have been a HUGE hit!!! No chilling needed-declared a 10 by the taste testers!

Ingredients
- 2 ¼ cups all purpose flour 285g
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 1 tsp corn starch
- 1 cup dark brown sugar 200g
- 3 tbsp granulated sugar 37g
- 1 egg + 1 egg yolk cold
- 1 cup salted butter, cold
- 1 T. vanilla bean paste
- ¾ cup dark choc chips
- ¾ cup milk chocolate chips or chunks
Instructions
- Beat butter on high until creamy for about 2 min.
- Add in sugars beating 2 mins.
- Add in the egg and egg yolk along with the with vanilla bean paste.
- Mix on high for 3-4 min.
- Add dry ingredients and mix.
- Add in chocolate.
- Scoop 3 ounces mounds and chill a few hours or overnight.
- Bake at 350 approx 15 mins.
- Scoot edges to round out with a cookie cutter.
- Sprinkle with sea salt.
