Sausage and Spinach Quiche
Sausage and Spinach Quiche is the ultimate brunch meal. Serve this with a side salad and you have the perfect lunch!
You may need:
9 inch springform pan
Sausage and Spinach Quiche
Ingredients
- 1 box puff pastry defrosted and each rectangle rolled out larger to fit 9 inch springform pan.
Filling
- 10 ounces ricotta cheese
- 1 package sweet Italian sausage baked 20 minutes (not fully cooked) and sliced
- 16 ounces mozzarella cheese
- 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach defrosted and well drained
- 1 red pepper chopped
- salt/pepper to taste
- 6 eggs
Egg wash
- 1 beaten egg
Instructions
- Spray 9 inch springform with Pam.
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Lay one rolled out puff pastry into the pan.
Filling
- Mix all and pour into the bottom crust.
- Top with second puff pastry and seal edges.
- Brush top with egg.
- Bake 1 hour.
- Cool before slicing.
