You can use your favorite recipe to make this. I divided the dough into thirds right before my last stretch and fold. Added some gel color to each and kneaded it in with a gentle stretch & fold motion. It doesn’t need to be totally solid in color. Then I combined the 3 colored doughs next to each other and stretch & folded them into one blob. I then began bulk fermentation…picture below after 6 hours.
