Bacon Wrapped Sea Scallops
Ingredients
- Scallops
- 1 slice bacon for each scallop you want to wrap
- salt/pepper
- olive oil
- 2 Tablespoons Balsamic vinegar or fig balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- Cook bacon flat in the microwave until almost done but still pliable. (I used a bacon cooking contraption lol)
- Season scallops with salt and pepper.
- Wrap a slice of bacon around each scallop and secure with skewer.
- Heat a few Tablespoons olive oil in a grill pan.
- Grill scallops a few minutes on each side.
- Serve with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar. (I used fig balsamic)
