POTATO CHIP & SALTED CARAMEL FUDGE
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups potato chips crushed
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 1 cup melting chocolate disks
- Caramel sauce (see link above for homemade recipe or use store bought)
Instructions
- Line 8x8 pan with nonstick foil.
- On low, melt milk and chocolate chips with the disks.
- Pour half in the pan and drizzle on some caramel to cover the layer thinly.
- Top with the rest of the chocolate and lay chips all over the top.
- Chill overnight before cutting.

Is there anything that can be substituted for the melting discs? I hate to run all over town to find these in a specialty shop somewhere if I can use something else to get the same result. They look fantastic and plan to make for Christmas weekend!

Yeah go to the grocery store and get the little tub of Bakers dipping chocolate white chocolate in the baking aisle near the chocolate chips. I made this recipe with those and a jar of salted caramel topping from the ice cream section and it was super amazing!
