Chocolate chip cookie bars just got better thanks to the addition of Ghirardelli caramel chips! These are perfect right from the oven! They also travel great in lunch boxes for the little people-or big people who bring lunch! Feel free to add some nuts too if your family allows that! You’ll need:
9×13 pan
nonstick foil
Caramel Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars
Ingredients
- 1 cup soft butter
- ¾ c. sugar
- ¾ c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 2½ cups flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup caramel chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Line 9x13 with nonstick foil.
- Beat butter & sugars.
- Add vanilla and eggs
- Add dry ingredients.
- Add both chips.
- Press in pan and bake 30 mins.
