A classic brownie is the perfect treat with a glass of cold milk. This brownie is so rich and decadent that it is flat-out sinful! The frosting on these brownies is dreamyyyyyy!!!!!! Swoooon! It even has cream cheese in it! Go ahead and whip up these sinful frosted brownies. You won’t be sorry.
You’ll Need:
8×8 pan
nonstick foil
Sinful Frosted Brownies
Ingredients
- 10 tablespoons butter
- 1 T. corn syrup
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- ¾ cup unsweetened cocoa sifted
- 2 eggs
- 1 egg yolk
- ¾ cup sugar
- ½ cup lightly packed brown sugar
- ½ cup flour
- ¼ tsp. salt
Frosting
- ⅓ cup butter soft
- ⅓ cup cream cheese room temp
- ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 ½ cups confectioner's sugar sifted
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350F degrees.
- Line an 8x8 inch pan with nonstick foil.
- Melt butter in microwave.
- Add corn syrup and stir well.
- Add vanilla and cocoa and whisk.
- Add eggs, egg yolk & sugars.
- Fold in flour.salt.
- Bake 25-30 mins. Cool.
Frosting
- Beat butter and cream cheese.
- Add cocoa.
- Add confectioner's sugar.
- Add a little bit of milk if it is too thick.
- Add vanilla and salt.
- Frost cooled brownies.

Thank u! I used a little kitchen tool I had that had long tongs and dragged it thru-kind of like using fork tines.
