Preheat oven to 350. Line rimmed cookie sheet with nonstick foil and place a small rack on top. Dredge both sides of bacon slices in light brown sugar. (I buy thick-cut.) Bake for 15 minutes on each side. (check at 12 mins each side since all ovens r different and you don’t want it to burn) Beware….this stuff is deadly good!!!! I was going to stop here but the foodies on my facebook page made me do this. Dip the bacon candy in chocolate??!!!! It’s all their fault!!! Their idea!! Yum!!!
