Chocolate Bomb Cheesecake
The only thing better than drinking a hot chocolate bomb is eating a slice of delicious cheesecake with it! You will need a 9 inch cheesecake, some homemade frosting and a bunch of hot chocolate bombs!

Below, I will share the homemade frosting recipe I used.
Chocolate Bomb Cheesecake Frosting
- 12 T. soft butter
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- approx 1/2 cup milk add slowly so you can adjust
- Beat butter smooth.
- Slowly add sugar and cocoa.
- Add milk a little at time and whip on high until light and fluffy.
To assemble the cake, frost your cold cheesecake with frosting. I like to use a pastry bag and tip. Place the bombs on top just before serving because you do not want the bombs in the fridge. Cut everyone a slice with their own bomb! Serve with lots of mugs and hot milk to pour over everyone’s bomb!
