Have you tried Bada Bing Chocolates from Chocoley? It is so far superior to other chocolates that I will never again be able to use those disks sold in craft stores. Chocoley’s disks melt so evenly and easily in the microwave. They are my favorite disks when making candy!!!! They are shiny and most important…….TASTE DELICIOUS!!!!
You’ll NEED:
Silicone Cupcake Liners
Chocolate Dipped Potato Chip Cups!
Ingredients
- Bada Bing Chocolate Disks
- Ruffles Potato Chips, Crushed just a bit-still very chunky! You do not want crumbs at all!!!!
Instructions
- Melt chocolate gently in the microwave or double boiler.
- Add potato chips until well coated.
- Scoop and mound into silicone cupcake cups.
- Sprinkle with sea salt and chill until set!

Don’t they get all stuck together in the cupcake (silicone) liner?
Might it be easier to lay individual dipped chips on parchment until they dry?
Love this idea of dipping the entire cookie.

You can individually dip each one, absolutely! This time I was trying to get them all stuck together like a huge potato chip ball! lol
