It is an easy recipe to follow and will definitely be going into my files as a keeper!
I made these cupcakes for a friend who’s favorite food is peanut butter. While he hasn’t gotten them yet (he will in a little while) my family taste tested them. My wife, who is not a big peanut butter fan, said they were delicious and even better after I iced them and put them in the fridge for a few hours. In fact, I have put the rest into a container and am going to give it to my friend – he can eat it by the spoonful – or just toss it whatever makes him happy.
