Cookie Monster Stuffed Cookies
Cookie monster would be very proud of these cookies. These are stuffed with Oreos and topped with chopped Chips Ahoy, chopped Oreos, mini dehydrated marshmallows and mini chocolate chips. These cookies weigh in at 4 ounces and do no disappoint. To achieve the perfect color you will need blue and violet, too. The blue alone left my cookies with a greenish hue. Remade with violet and they came out perfectly blue!
You may need:
dehydrated mini marshmallows

Hello, I was wondering if it is necessary to use cold butter for this recipe, just out of curiosity. As well as should it be salted or unsalted? Should I make any changes if I do not stuff the oreo in the center?

Could these be made bigger than 4oz? Like maybe 6+ oz?? Would the oven temp and time stay the same or change? Can’t wait to try this out!

I haven’t tried them larger but they would prob need a few extra mins.
