Firecracker Caramel Chocolate Pretzels
These are such a fun treat for the 4th of July! First, you coat the pretzels in melted caramel and let them set up. Defintiely use a silpat to avoid any sticking. Next, dip them in melted white chocolate and add red, white, blue nonpereils for the “firecracker” look! These will disappear quickly so make lots for your festivities!
I used Chocoley’s Bada Bing white chocolates for these pretzels along with their caramel. The caramel was easy to work with and I melted it right in my microwave. Absolutely delicious! You can also decide to use milk or dark chocolate or even a combo of all 3. Sometimes I like to do a chocolate drizzle over the white chocolate pretzels!

These look like so much fun to make! My kids will love putting the sprinkles on the pretzel rods, I can’t wait to try this.
