Fudgy Crackly Brownies
My youngest taste tester absolutely LOVED these!!! The crackly tops on these are just perfect and they have a fabulous flavor with a fudgy texture! These are adapted from Cupcake Jemma. You may also love Birthday Cookie Brookies!
You may need:
10 inch square pan
Fudgy Crackly Brownies
Ingredients
- 220g Dark Chocolate
- 220g Butter
- 440g Caster Sugar
- 4 Eggs
- 60g Cocoa Powder
- 160g All Purpose Flour
- ¾ tsp Baking Powder
- ¾ tsp Salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven 350
- Line 10 inch square pan with nonstick foil.
- Melt butter and chocolate together in microwave until smooth.
- In a mixer, beat sugar and eggs for 2 mins.
- Add in the melted chocolate mixture on low.
- Next add dry ingredients. (Can use a sieve)
- Spread into your pan.
- Bake 30 mins.
- Let cool before cutting!
