THIS is the back to school snack you have been waiting for!!! These little granola bites are packed with energy and even coconut oil for some healthy benefits, too!
- ¼ cup coconut oil
- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ cup peanut butter
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups instant rolled oats
- ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
- 2-3 Tablespoons nonpareil sprinkles
- In a pan, heat coconut oil, honey, and peanut butter.
- Once melted, add vanilla.
- Pour this over the oats in a bowl.
- Let cool 15 minutes.
- Gently stir in chips and your sprinkles.
- Use an ice cream scoop to make ball shapes.
- Place on wax paper and let them set up.
- Store at room temp in a tupper ware.
