Hot & Cheesy Sausage Dip
- 8 oz softened cream cheese
- ½ cup mayonaise
- 2 T parmesan cheese
- 2 t oregano
- 1 cup shredded cheese (I like to use 5 cheese mix)
- 8 oz sausage, cooked in small pieces.
- 3 scallions, diced
- preheat oven to 400
- Set aside 1 T. cheese for the top.
- Combine all ingredients.
- Top with reserved cheese.
- Bake about 15 minutes or until brown & bubbly!
