No, I don’t mean hot fudge and ice cream just ON the brownie…..I mean IN the brownie!!!!!!! WOW! This genius idea comes from Kevin and Amanda! Be sure to check out their website here!
You’ll Need:
Nonstick Foil
8×8 Pan
Hot Fudge Ice Cream Brownies
Ingredients
- 1 box of your favorite Box Brownie Mix-prepare according to box using eggs/oil called for but NOT the water
- ½ cup Cookies & Cream ice cream
- ¼ cup hot fudge Sauce (don not heat it)
- 1 box Oreo Cookies
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 (or whatever your brownie mix calls for)
- Line 8x8 pan with nonstick foil.
- In a mixer, beat brownie mix, eggs, oil.
- Add ice cream and hot fudge!!!
- Pour half in the pan. Top with Oreos. Pour on the rest.
- Bake 45-50 mins.
- Cool.
- Top with more fudge and ice cream if desired.

These are going to be my next book club dessert. However, just to be clear are you using a brownie mix for 13X9 pan but putting it in an 8×8 pan? It’s not indicated in the directions but the picture of the brownie mix box shows a mix for a 13X9 pan. Thanks.
