You could always make candy eyes with a little powdered sugar and water and let them air dry until hard.

I was just at walmart today and I saw candy eyes in their cake decorating aisle (at our walmart thats by the craft dept. and it’s the same aisle as the wedding stuff)

Oh, you could make eyes from mustard drops. Yellow would add to the mummy look, perhaps. Not as cute, but certainly tasty!
