MIX BUTTER AND SUGAR, ADD YOLK AND VANILLA. ROLL OUT ON FLOURED BOARD AND CUT CIRCLES-PLACE TSP. JAM IN CENTER-FOLD UP SIDES WITH WATER ON EDGES. BAKE 350 ABOUT 10-12
FOR GLUTEN FREE I US CUP 4 CUP or BETTER BATTER FLOUR. BOTH WORKED PERFECTLY!!!!
