Salmon just got a whole lot more gourmet when topped with fresh avocado slices, thick red onion and crispy bacon! This is not only a healthy and delicious dinner but it’s quick to prepare on a busy night during the week!
- Salt and pepper salmon. Top with a dot a butter or olive oil/avocado oil and broil on a nonstick foil lined jellyroll pan for about 13 minutes (depending on slice size). Be sure it is cooked through.
- Cook your bacon while the salmon broils. Slice your red onion.
- Remove it from oven and top with sliced avocado, red onion and bacon.
- Excellent served with brown rice!
