Salmon With Avocado, Red Onion and Bacon

Salmon just got a whole lot more gourmet when topped with fresh avocado slices, thick red onion and crispy bacon! This is not only a healthy and delicious dinner but it’s quick to prepare on a busy night during the week!

Directions

1. Salt and pepper salmon. Top with a dot a butter or olive oil/avocado oil and broil on a nonstick foil lined jellyroll pan for about 13 minutes (depending on slice size). Be sure it is cooked through.
2. Cook your bacon while the salmon broils. Slice your red onion.
3. Remove it from oven and top with sliced avocado, red onion and bacon.
4. Excellent served with brown rice!
