Skip the diner and make the perfect potatoes at home. So easy and delicious! They go well with any breakfast and even as a dinner side dish! Let them cook until perfectly browned and they will be packed with flavor. This recipe is one of my hubby’s favorites!
Ingredients:
2 onions, diced or sliced
olive oil
4-6 Russet potatoes
salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder
Directions:
Heat a few Tablespoons olive oil in a skillet. Cook onions for a few minutes. Chop potatoes into a small dice and add to skillet. Season with salt, pepper, paprika and garlic powder. Cook, while tossing, until well browned on all sides and tender when pierced with a fork.
