This dinner is so delicious yet it is also so crazy easy! Just whisk together 4 ingredients and you are basically done! You can do that in less than 5 minutes. Turn on the crockpot and 6 hours later you have a piping hot, perfectly cooked chicken dinner. Even my kids love this one and that is no easy accomplishment! Can you say …picky eaters!!! Hope you love this as much as we do! Serve over some rice and add a nice salad. Voila! The perfect weeknight dinner!
Slow Cooker Honey Garlic Chicken
Ingredients
- 8 chicken thighs
- ½ cup Tamari sauce (Or you can use soy sauce)
- ½ cup ketchup
- ⅓ cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- Place chicken in bottom of slow cooker.
- Whisk soy sauce, ketchup, honey & garlic.
- Pour this over the chicken.
- Cook on Low for 6 hours.

Just wondering if this can be frozen, then thawed out in the crockpot on low or warm. Making some meals for my daughter as she’s had back surgery and is incapcitated for awhile Thanks

not sure I would freeze this-hope she is feeling better
