SNICKERS COOKIES

2 sticks softened butter

1c. granulated sugar

3/4 cup packed light brown sugar

2 eggs

1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract

1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour

1 c. cocoa powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

20 Snack-size Snickers bars, quartered

1 1/2 cups nestle semisweet chocolate chips

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Beat butter and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla.

3. Add dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Stir in chips and Snickers! Chill dough to help the cookies thicken! Scoop dough onto sheet and bake approx. 12-15 mins. Let cool on baking sheet.
