This is one sinful treat! A moist banana bread packed with cream cheese and rolled up in a pan with Snickers bars!!! Try this as soon as your next batch of bananas goes brown!! This would be a perfect treat for breakfast or an afternoon snack with tea! You may also want to check out my rolo banana bread!!
Snickers Cream Cheese Banana Bread
Snickers Cream Cheese Banana BreadBEAT IN MIXER:
12 TABLESPOONS BUTTER AND 4 OUNCES SOFT CREAM CHEESE.
ADD:
1C. SUGAR
1/4 TSP. VANILLA
1 EGG
Next add:
1 1/2C. FLOUR
1/4 TSP. SALT
1/4 TSP. BAKING SODA
1/4 TSP. BAKING POWDER
AND BLEND ON LOW.
STIR IN BY HAND:
3/4C. MASHED BANANAS (ABOUT 2)
1 BAG OF SNICKERS MINIS (Reserve a few to cut in half and place on top of the bread before baking.)
POUR INTO A WELL GREASED 10-INCH LOAF PAN AND BAKE 55-60 MINS AT 350. COOL ON A RACK AND REMOVE FROM PAN.
