HE RULE IS, IF YOU EAT YOUR GREEN EGGS…YOU EARN A THING 1 OR THING 2 CUPCAKE!!!! ♥ COTTON CANDY HAIR…..OH YEAHHHH!!!!

Make your favorite cupcakes and frost. Add blue cotton candy for hair and serve immediately…or the cotton candy will start to dissolve. Attach thing 1 and thing 2 signs for decoration. Serve up with your favorite Dr. Seuss book…like Cat in the Hat!
