Start with Nabisco chocolate wafer cookies. WHIP 2 CUPS OF CREAM AND 1 TSP. VANILLA TO FIRM PEAKS. ADD A LITTLE CREAM IN BETWEEN 2 COOKIES AND KEEP ADDING ON. COVER ENTIRE LOG IN THE EXTRA CREAM AND COVER TO CHILL AT LEAST 3 HOURS OR OVERNIGHT! CUT ON AN ANGLE!
