White Chocolate Brownies

Are you a fan of white chocolate? These white chocolate brownies are most incredible! It’s important to use a high quality white chocolate and not white chocolate chips. I use bakers white chocolate with excellent results but Callebaut is also a favorite. Even though they are not “chocolate” these are fudgy and dense like a regular brownie! I highly recommend making these….I think you will fall in love! A chocolate drizzle on top never hurts, either! If you would like to double this recipe you can easily do so in a 9×13 pan. I like to line my pans with nonstick foil for easier removal. You may also love White Chocolate Snickerdoodles and White Chocolate Matcha Brownies. I hope you enjoy this recipe. Ingredients

  

• ½ cup butter
• 8 oz White chocolate
• ¾ C sugar
• 2 eggs
• ½ tsp salt
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 cup flour

Instructions

 

• Preheat oven to 350 and line 8 inch pan with nonstick foil.
• Melt butter and chocolate in microwave.
• Add sugar and mix well.
• Add eggs and stir to incorporate.
• Add salt and vanilla.
• Fold in flour.
• Spread in pan and bake 28 minutes.
• Cool, chill and cut into squares.
• Drizzle with chocolate if desired!
