White Chocolate Pistachio Cranberry Bark

This bark idea came from a delicious bark we had while on vacation. We just couldn’t get enough of it and so I had to recreate it home! Use really good white chocolate for this as it is the star! I would recommend Ghirardelli! This would also make beautiful gifts for family and friends. Just wrap a few pieces in cello with some nice large ribbon!

Ingredients

  

• White chocolate
• cranberries chopped
• pistachios chopped

Instructions

 

• Melt white chocolate and spread on a wax paper lined sheet.
• Top with cranberries and pistachios.
• Pop in fridge until firm.
• Break into bark pieces!
