This bark idea came from a delicious bark we had while on vacation. We just couldn’t get enough of it and so I had to recreate it home! Use really good white chocolate for this as it is the star! I would recommend Ghirardelli! This would also make beautiful gifts for family and friends. Just wrap a few pieces in cello with some nice large ribbon!
- White chocolate
- cranberries, chopped
- pistachios, chopped
- Melt white chocolate and spread on a wax paper lined sheet.
- Top with cranberries and pistachios.
- Pop in fridge until firm.
- Break into bark pieces!
