Potted Meatballs
Ingredients
Sauce
- 8 ounces tomato sauce
- 2 cups water
- 1 sliced onion
- salt
meatballs
- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- 1 egg
Instructions
Combine sauce ingredients in pot.
- Mix meatballs, roll small and place in sauce.
- Bring to a boil.
- Lower to simmer and cook covered 1 hour,15 mins.
- Serve over egg noodles.
