Marshmallows, chips and cookies, Oh My! Gotta love gooey cookie pie! I made this for my kids today and the declared it best pie ever! It’s like eating a huge smookie, their other fave! This is simple and I would absolutely approve of serving this with a huge scoop of vanilla ice cream!

Ingredients
- ¾ cup butter softened
- ¾ cup light brown sugar packed
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- ½ tsp. salt
- 1 ¾ cups mini chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat oven 350 and grease a pie plate very well with pam.
- Beat butter and sugars.
- Add egg and vanilla.
- On low add dry ingredients and carefully fold in chips and marshmallows.
- Press into pan and bake about 20 mins.

I’m assuming this is designed for a 9″ pie plate? Can an 8″x8″ also be used?
