- ¾ cups Olive Oil
- 1 Lemon, juiced
- ¼ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- ¼ teaspoon kosher Salt plus More To Taste
- Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 1 clove Garlic, Peeled And Left Whole
- Place everything in a mason jar.
- Shake, shake, shake and park in the fridge 24 hours!
- Serve on your favorite salad. We love this over arugula!
