Baked Clams in a Can
Ingredients
- 1 can chopped clams drained well
- seasoning of your choice or salt
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- shredded parmesan cheese
- 1 T. Panko
- 1 T. melted butter
- chopped parsley
- lemon slice
Instructions
- First, remove the paper from the can as it can be a fire hazard in an air fryer! (I taped mine back onto the can after they cooked.) You can also use a ramekin instead! Preheat air fryer to 400°.
- To the drained clams, add some seasoning, garlic and stir.
- Top with a generous amount of cheese.
- Sprinkle on the panko.
- Drizzle butter on top.
- Bake 5-10 mins until browned! Garnish with parsley and lemon. Enjoy!
